Wondering where to buy your tickets? How to find your way around the festival? Looking for captioned screenings? We've tried to answer all FAQs here, but do get in touch if you need more assistance: info@shortfilms.org.uk
How do I buy tickets?
↓We don’t have an all-festival pass at LSFF, as our screenings and events take place across so many different venues. Ticket prices vary between venues and concessions may be available. Please check venue websites for ticket prices.
You can book online via the appropriate venue website or in person at the box office. Please contact venues directly, or if you can’t find an answer to your question do in touch at info@shortfilms.org.uk with queries.
What are the start and end times of each event?
↓Each event has a start time on its page, and a running time. Please note that these are good estimates, but may vary depending on lengths of Q&As or any technical issues.
Which screenings are accessible?
↓Read our full accessibility information here. My Eye is My Ear, The Space Belongs To Them, our London Lives and Romantic Matinee Captioned screenings, Bonded 3.0 and Skate Culture will have full d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing access provision, with descriptive captions, BSL-interpreted introductions and Q&A.
We present a series of relaxed screenings of our Competition programmes at ICA towards the end of the festival, where you are free to move around, leave if needed, or use devices.
Oska Bright: Other Worlds is a relaxed screening for those with neurodivergence or additional learning needs.
For events in ICA Theatre, a seated area will be provided, and we will endeavour to ensure everyone who wants or needs to has a place to sit with a good view of the event.
How do I sign up to your newsletter?
↓If you’d like to hear more from the festival including daily bulletins during the festival, you can sign up here.
Can I see your Sustainability policy?
↓Yes, please read it here. This year’s brochures are printed on fully recycled paper courtesy of G.F. Smith and Calvert’s.
